All vehicle displays MUST adhere to
guidelines provided by the Oakdale Mall regulations and requirements. There are NO exceptions to this. Any mall regulations are beyond our control
and absolutely must be adhered to without exception.
- No displays or backdrops can exceed 6
feet in height.
- Absolutely NO pop up tents of any kind
will be allowed.
By
filing this entry, you are releasing to Southern Tier Micro Reality Racing,
Inc. dba Race of Champions the right to use your name and vehicle’s likeness in
any promotional materials and advertising without claim to additional
compensation. You also agree to all show
regulations/requirements as necessitated by mall staff and show officials.
Failure to follow these rules will result in the dismissal of your
group/display without refund or opportunity to participate in future events.
