Modified teams will be permitted to run the D.I.R.T soft tires throughout the season at Five Mile Point Speedway. Mod teams must run FMP compound weekly to be eligible for any point fund monies. Any team not running FMP Hoosier Modified tire on all four corners after June 1st will not be eligible for point fund. Sportsman teams will be permitted to run the D.I.R.T soft tire equivalent weekly. UMP Modified teams may run McCreary's the first two races. Street Stock teams may run the '03 FMP McCreary compounds if they choose in their nine (9) races.
*The Modifieds will see an increased weekly purse of $700 which equates to over $14,000 over the course of the season. $1,000 to win weekly.
*Sportsman teams will run for $400 to win each Saturday night.
*Pure Stock, UMP/Grand American and Street Stock purses will remain the same as 2003.
*Modified teams with perfect attendance (up to that point) and running theFive Mile Point Speedway Hoosier Tire will be eligible for a random weekly tire of a free Hoosier Racing Tire. Must have Hoosier decal on race car.
*Any team purchasing Sunoco Race Fuels from Doug's Speed Shop at Five Mile Point Speedway will be eligible for fuel certificate giveaways throughout the season. Must have Sunoco decal on race car.
*Any team with Five Mile Point Speedway decal (provided) on race car is eligible for a weekly random drawing for five (5) free pit passes to next race event. Must be willing to arrive at the speedway one half hour prior to grandstand gates opening to display car and answer spectator questions. All drivers and divisions eligible.
All teams must be competing on the weekly Five Mile Point Speedway Hoosier Racing Tire compound and a Five Mile Point Speedway member to be eligible for point fund. Point fund money will be distributed at the season ending awards dinner (must be present to receive). Point fund money will be increased in 2004. Crew members must be a Five Mile Point Speedway member to be considered for crew member of the year awards. A "Super Fan Plan" raffle will be held at the speedway in 2004. An additional $9,375 will be included in the season ending point fund based on all tickets being sold in the Super Fan Plan.
