Heading South On I-81 or 17 East from Elmira

Take Exit 2 on I-81 – (says Five Mile Point on Green highway sign) Immediately get into left hand lane and take first left onto Francis Street. Track is located up the road about a ½ mile on right hand side of the street.

Heading North on I-81 from Scranton Area

Take Exit 2w (Industrial Park Exit) make first left hand turn onto Francis Street. Speedway is located up the road about a ½ mile on right hand side of street.

Heading From Route 17W – Middletown

Take Exit 75 past Windsor, NY. (this exit is not an off ramp exit rather a merge). Road splits to the left. Once you have gone under the Exit 75 sign, take first left hand turn onto Francis Street. Speedway is located up the road about a ½ mile on the right hand side of street.

Grandstand Prices: Adults: $20 - Seniors (65 and older) - $15

Youth(ages 13 and 17): $15 - Kids (12 and younger) - free

Family Five Pack: $55 – Two adult or senior tickets, 3 youth tickets plus 5 hot dogs and 5 sodas.

Grandstand Gates: 1:00 p.m. Practice: 2:45 p.m. Race Time: 3:45 p.m.

Modified Feature: 100 laps with a fuel stop on lap 50 to accommodate cars running on alcohol. Cautions will count from laps 26-75 no more than a maximum of five at one time. Cautions will not count after the lap 50 fuel stop until racing resumes under green. Cars are not allowed to pit during the fuel stop until the caution flag comes back out. Anyone that does enter the pit during the red flag period cannot work on their car and will restart at the end of the longest line.

Tire Options: American Racer Compounds

Right Rear Compound: 48 minimal softness (may use 50 compound).

Left Rear Compound: 44 or 48.

May use minimum 33 front tire compounds (can run harder)

Weight Info: Big Block Modifieds – min. 2,500 lbs no tolerance. (’04 dirt legal)

Small Block Modifieds – min. 2,400 lbs. no tolerance. Max. 361 c.i.

SB2 heads permitted but must weigh Big Block weight (2,500 lbs.)

Small Blocks with dome pistons must weigh minimum of 2,450 lbs

NO mixing and matching of rules.

No sail panels.
