Take Exit 2 on I-81 – (says Five Mile Point on
Green highway sign) Immediately get into left hand lane and take first left
onto Francis Street. Track is located
up the road about a ½ mile on right hand side of the street. |

Take Exit 75
past Windsor, NY. (this exit is not an off ramp exit rather a merge). Road splits to the left. Once you have gone under the Exit 75 sign,
take first left hand turn onto Francis Street. Speedway is located up the road about
a ½ mile on the right hand side of street. |

GENERAL
RULES NATIONAL QUARTER MILE DIRT TRACK CHAMPIONSHIP STREET STOCK EVENT –
40 LAPS - $2,000 TO WIN - $100 TO TAKE THE GREEN.

OCTOBER 27TH -
The rules for the 40 lap RoC Street Stock finale at Five Mile Point Speedway will be
as follows:
· Drivers must file an entry for this event.
· Each team will be allowed to draw for heat race
starting position. No team will be
allowed to draw for a second or “back-up” car.
· Heat races will be lined up and based on draw.
· Consolation(s) events will be held to determine the
final starting field.
· Guaranteed starters for this event are based on
qualifiers leading up to this race:
Shane Wolf Sr., Gene Sharpsteen, Jared Hill,
Earl Zimmer, Teddy Morsemann
Jr.
· Feature will be 40 green flag laps.
Rules
will be based on weekly Five Mile Point Speedway rules with the following
exceptions/additions:
Tires permitted will be: American Racer 26.5/8.0 – 15DT,
27.5/8.0-15DT, 245/70/15 - or Hoosier #36149 and #36155. D.o.T tires
are permitted. Any tires other than
the above listed must be approved prior and run at a participating area
speedway. Maximum tire is up to 8”
based on sidewall marking. Maximum
8” steel wheels only.
Grooving, grinding and siping is allowed. No
tire softening agents or other alterations permitted. Sidewalls may not be altered to hide or
change tire number or sizing. No
wide five rims or hubs permitted.
Maximum cubic inch is 361 C.I. – No 400 C.I. motors
permitted. Dirtcar
602 crates permitted by Dirtcar rulebook and may run
2,800 lbs.
All other cars must weigh a minimum
of 3,000 lbs.
No pan hard bars permitted.
No three-link suspensions permitted.
Open hood scoop and rear spoilers
will be permitted.
Carburetors will be checked after
heat race, consolations and feature events. Cars will be weighed after all
qualifiers and feature as well. Track
carb. check tools are final –
if a carb. does not pass tech
the car and driver will be disqualified from the event. This means if your carburetor is found
illegal after a heat race you will not have the option to race a consolation
event.

Two Way Radios are not permitted – the speedway
does use the raceceiver system and it will be
operational. It is not mandatory to
have the one way frequency but is suggested if you have the raceceiver
system.
